В современной лингвистической науке нет более широкого и менее определенного понятия чем категория. Этим термином одинаково обозначается сам как объект исследования- содержательная, значимая сторона языковых единиц, обусловленных в свою очередь, категориями мышления и объективного мира, так и сами научные дисциплины и направления изучающие в разных планах содержательную сторону языка. В лингвистических работах можно найти значительное количество понятия “категорий” (грамматическая, синтаксическая, лингвистическая, семантическая и др.)

Entre los enfoques gramaticales más actuales, hay dos, el de la gramática comunicativa y el de la gramática cognitiva cuyos planteamientos nos motivan a hacer una aportación en el campo del diseño de materiales.
