Диссертациямизда француз тилининг фразаси ва унинг турларга бўлиниш муаммоларини илмий таҳлил қилишни мақсад қилдик. Бу мақсадга эришиш учун қуйидаги вазифаларни бажаришимиз зарур бўлади: Фразанинг бошқа синтактик бирликлардан фарқ қилувчи хусусиятларини аниқлаш; Фраза таркибидаги предикатив бирликларнинг грамматик воситалар билан бирикишини кўриб чиқиш; Бу синтактик воситаларнинг семантик муносабат ҳосил қилишдаги ролини белгилаш.

Тадқиқотда қуйидаги фаразлар илгари сурилди: турли концептларни ифодаловчи тил бирликларининг структураси ва семантикаси транспозицияни таъминловчи омиллар, интенсификаторлар танлашга таъсир қилади ва улар лингвокогнитив ҳамда функционал – семантик хусусиятлари билан ажралиб туради.

Объект исследования является особенности перевода фразеологических единиц пословичного типа с английского на русский и узбекский язык.

Mavzuning dolzarbligi: Tadqiqot Ingliz va O’zbek tillaridagi “til va nutq” tematik guruhiga oid maqollarning qiyosiy tahlilini o`tkazishda bo`lib, tadqiqot tilshunoslikning zamonaviy yo`nalishlari hisoblanuvchi semantika va lingvostatistika sohalarida bajarilgan.

Topicality of the research: is due to 1) the requirements for FL specialists of linguistic universities; 2) the need to develop communicative and research skills in order to improve the quality of professional communicative competence at the level of C1; 3) the need to improve the quality of education through the introduction of inductive learning for self-knowledge and mastery of getting experience in solving problems.

Topicality of the research. The investigation is devoted to the deep analysis of special vocabulary of politics in the English, Russian and Uzbek languages state their theoretical background.
