Based on the obtained equations of motion, the models and optimal control algorithm for the hitching system of cotton harvesting machine (CHM) MX-1.8 are developed in the paper. The necessary conditions for optimal control of the CHM MX-1.8 motion are investigated using the Mayer problem and applying the Pontryagin maximum principle. The operation parameters of the CHM MX-1.8 hitching system under vertical vibrations are determined. The optimal angle of rotation of the rockshaft which predetermines the uniform oscillation of the picking unit of the harvester hitching system is determined.

Equations of motion of the cotton harvesting machine (CHM) and the hitch system of the harvesting unit under verticalvibrations are considered in the paper. Mathematical models of the CHM MX-2.4 were developed based on the obtained equations of motion. The values of vertical vibrations of the CHM MX-2.4 when moving along a rough field were determined by solving mathematical model and conducting experimental studies.

It is based on the need for theoretical calculations of its cleaning surface to increase the cleaning efficiency of fine-grained cleaning equipment. The results of theoretical research on the calculation of useful surfaces of mesh surfaces based on the calculation of the surface of the pile and the mesh located at the bottom, which are currently used in the republic and abroad. The need to develop new structures and their calculations were made to increase the use of mesh surfaces up to 100%."

A device that has been proposed allows cotton to be cleaned from fine contaminants using a vibrating mesh surface without affecting its natural properties. In order to improve the technology of cleaning cotton from fine contaminants, an effective scheme of pile drum and mesh surface construction has been developed. With the help of a sloping mesh surface device, the existing impurities in the cotton were reduced by 0.2%. The graph of the formation of various defects in the fiber content as a result of seed damage during cotton cleaning is given."

"This article describes the changes in fiber waste from the technological flow in ginning plants, how much it changes in the stages of the technological process. The dust released in the drying and cleaning shop is only 5-7 mg/m3 of dust, which is less than the air in the building where the drying equipment is located. Large dispersed dust particles separate even at high humidity and sink to the surface of the building without being able to spread. In drying units, dust emitted in conjunction with an atmospheric drying agent causes discomfort. Although this dust is coarsely dispersed, it escapes in the dryer along with the air stream and settles near the roof of the building and near the drying shop. The amount of dust emitted was found to be 500-600 kg per day. In the ginning unit, the released dust is released into the atmosphere from the cotton pneumatic transport system, which is formed in the air in the drying and cleaning shop, as well as in the cleaning of cotton in the cleaning machines. It is a dusty fiber with less mineral fractions. The fine fractions are mainly composed of crushed dirty particles."
