The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Further Improving language learning in the Republic” PR №1875 Issued in December, 2012 has obliged educational boards to ensure that school-leavers master a foreign language as a means of communication in two forms – oral and written, therefore proficiency in speaking and reading are the desired skills. The programs and plans of teaching are re-considered to apply the requirement of CEFR – Common European Framework of Reference .

Applying communicative approach to teaching hyphenated adjectives
