Relevance and actuality of the master dissertation: Modern information society, telecommunications development require different approaches, methods and technologies in the sphere of service. At present time to activate the service activity in all directions, there are various methods of services and modern service technologies based on the use of computer technology. The development of information technologies in the service order involves the transition to their use in the network version, the development of electronic services and distance service. The emergence and development of new technical means of communication between members of the service process, created the conditions for the receipt of services without departing from the basic employment and time savings in search of those or other documents in many archival institutions. With their spread is quite intensive introduction of a new form of service in the archival institutions. This implies the relevance of this research.
