In this final qualifying work the theoretical foundations of organizing human
resource and strategies of increasing employee activity in the information and
communication technologies sphere have been studied. On the basis of the
corporate responsibility report, annual and sustainability report of foreign mobile
network operators along with "UZMOBILE" branchof "UZBEKTELECOM"
JSCthe personnel policy in modern conditions, employee classificationand
effective ways of enhancing employee activity have beenanalyzed and given
necessary recommendations.
