This methodic text-book consists of Preface, 7 texts, followed lexical and grammatical exercises and vocabulary. Texts are abridged from the original books. They are informative and very interesting. Students can enrich their speciality by learning these texts. We recommend, this, reader not only for food-technologists but also for teachers, post-graduaters chemist and medical persons. The language of these material is not easy and that is why we made a system of exercises, which help a reader to receive useful information and to write reports on speciality.
