The purpose of the work is formation of the basic directions of marketing strategy for increasing competitiveness of the industrial enterprises According to a research objective in work following problems are solved: To consider theoretical representations about competitiveness and strategic development of the industrial enterprise in the competitive environment; To define a marketing role in achievement of competitiveness of the enterprise; To consider kinds of marketing strategy and methods of their formation; To make the analysis of tendencies and prospects of development of Open Society `ТТZ’; To prove methodical toolkit of working out of marketing strategy for increasing competitiveness of the industrial enterprise; To develop elements of marketing strategy for increasing competitiveness of Open Society `ТТZ’.
