Banan va tvorogdan desert

Kerakli masalliqlar:

400 gr. tvorog, 250 gr. smetana, 1, 5 stakan sut, 1 stakan shakar, 50 gr. shokolad, 20 gr. jelatin, 2 osh qoshiq vanilin,

2 ta banan.

Tayyorlanishi: jelatinni sovuq sutga solib, 1-2 soat iviting va olovga qo‘ying. Faqat qaynab ketmasligiga e’tibor bering. So‘ngra sutga shakar va vanilin solib, yaxshilab aralashtiring. So‘ng suzgichdan o‘tkazing.

Tvorogni smetana bilan ko‘pirtiring. Keyin jelatinli aralashmani qo‘shib, masalliqni ikkiga ajrating.

1 dona bananni o‘rtasidan uzunasiga ikki bo‘lakka bo‘ling. Jelatinli aralashmani muzlatkichdan olib, ustiga meva bo‘laklarini tering. Keyin shokoladli aralashmani soling. Desertni 4 soatga muzlatkichga qo‘ying.
