The ACE Connect allows you to connect your new ACE One cookstove to your smartphone by scanning the QR code on the ACE One in the app. This will allow you to keep track of your ACE One payment scheme, view your customer credit rating, contact ACE customer services and avail of the latest ACE tips and offers through the ACE Connect app.
Ownership:
The ownership function in the app allows you to keep track of your percentage ownership of the ACE One cookstove. This is the amount you have paid for the ACE One as a percentage of the total cost of the ACE One. Your percentage ownership is demonstrated by how full the ACE One cookstove is in the diagram.
Days Left:
This function allows you to keep an eye on how many more days you can use the ACE One before your next payment is due.
Credit Rating:
All customers with the ACE Connect app will attain a credit rating. This is based off how punctual you have been with your ACE One payments. You can view your credit rating in the ACE Connect app. The more stars you have filled, the higher your rating! Customers with a higher credit rating may be in the line for ACE bonus offers and deals.

Having trouble with your ACE One? This function connects you to ACE customer services who can help you out! It gives you the option of calling customer services now via the toll-free number. Alternatively, you can choose the ‘call me back’ option which automatically sends a message to the ACE customer services to give you a call.
